June-August: 2 Months

So I’ve been doing pretty well the past couple days and feeling great, at least mentally. I think it’s time to make an official goal and I’m pretty amped about it. I’m going to mainly stick to south beach phase 1 but include a few fruits here and there to not make me feel like I’m depriving myself of something.

115 by August 1st :)

^ healthy and possible. That would bring me to lower than I once was (118) but in the middle range of what is appropriate for my age/height.

Healthy: 104-137lbs (BMI 19-25)

Current: Weight: 132lbs BMI: 24.1

Goal: Weight: 115lbs BMI: 21

Now that this is officially written out, I have to do it. No excuses.
